This policy explains what data ShaheerTools Voice (operated by ShaheerTools) collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately small: we run a tool, not an ad network.

What we collect

Account data: your email address and a hashed password (we never store your plain password). Purchase data: confirmations from Whop that a payment succeeded, the pack bought and the amount — your card details go to Whop and never reach us.

Content data: the text you submit for generation, the audio samples you upload for voice cloning, and the audio files generated for you, together with generation history (voice, model, credits, date). Technical logs: IP address and timestamps, kept for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To run your account and credits, generate your audio, provide support, prevent abuse and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your texts or voice samples to train models.

Who processes it

AI voice providers receive your text (and, for cloning, your sample) only to perform the generation or clone you requested. Whop processes payments. Email services deliver account emails such as verification and password resets.

Retention and deletion

Your generations and history stay until you delete them or your account. Deleting a clone deletes its sample. Deleting your account (Account page) removes your personal data, except records we must retain for accounting or legal reasons.

Cookies

We use only the essential session cookie that keeps you logged in. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time by emailing us from your account email. We reply within a reasonable time, normally a few days.
